Alex was very thorough and took care to make sure our three fur babies were well taken care of with each drop in visit. Since most cats are shy with new faces, Alex made sure to try and interact with all three each day and managed to send a picture of all three daily. Willa got his outdoor time on the lanai every day and lots of play time. He is the social kitty so that is never a problem with him. By the end of the week she was able to get Mr. Jinx playing a little bit, maybe next time for Tribble! Alex is highly recommended and did a great job.

Are online care requests confirmed immediately?

No. The booking page sends Alex a request. She reviews the requested dates and care details before contacting you with confirmation and payment details. A requested time is not confirmed until Alex follows up with you.
