A. Miller Petsitting uses the information you provide to answer questions, review care requests, keep the schedule accurate, and provide in-home pet care in Palm Harbor and Dunedin. This notice explains what is collected and the choices available to you.

Who is responsible for your information
A. Miller Petsitting decides why customer, household, pet, and scheduling information is collected and how it is used for pet-care services. Telos Ops hosts the website and booking tools and processes information on A. Miller Petsitting's behalf.
Privacy and data requests should be sent to A. Miller Petsitting through the contact form. Alex will involve Telos Ops when a technical export, correction, or deletion is needed.
Information collected
Depending on what you choose to do, the site may collect your name, email, phone number, service address, preferred contact method, care dates, access instructions, emergency contacts, household notes, pet details, and pet photos.
Returning-client lookup uses an approved phone number. The browser receives only the saved pet details needed for selection; saved address, access, emergency, and household details are not returned to the public page.
The contact form collects the details you enter along with basic delivery information such as the page used, submission time, browser information, and network address used for security and spam prevention.
How information is used
- Answer questions and privacy requests.
- Recognize approved returning clients.
- Review requested care, availability, add-ons, and scheduling conflicts.
- Keep accurate booking and audit records.
- Protect the site against misuse, duplicate submissions, and spam.
A. Miller Petsitting does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long information is kept
Approved phone numbers are retained so returning clients can be recognized until A. Miller Petsitting processes a deletion request. When you consent to a reusable profile, encrypted household and pet details are retained until consent is revoked or the profile is deleted.
Without reusable-profile consent, customer, household, emergency, access, and pet details are redacted 30 days after the final appointment or request decision. Associated protected pet photos are removed with the profile. Contact-form details are removed from Telos after the applicable retention period; a delivered email may remain in A. Miller Petsitting's mailbox until Alex removes it.
Google Calendar maintains its own event history. Deleting information from Telos does not delete past Google events.
Your privacy choices
You may ask A. Miller Petsitting to provide, correct, or delete information associated with you, or revoke reusable-profile consent. Some schedule and audit information may be retained without identifying details when needed to document business activity or protect the service.
